Meet the Team Behind Dance Republic

At Dance Republic, we believe that great dance training starts with great people. Our team is full of passionate educators, role models, and mentors who create a positive, inspiring space for every dancer and student who walks through our doors.

💜 Lead Instructors
Our Lead Instructors bring years of experience, creativity, and expertise to every class. They lead with heart — guiding dancers through technique, choreography, and performance while encouraging growth both on and off the stage.

💜 Associate Instructors
Our Associate Instructors are talented young teachers who are growing into the next generation of leaders. They independently lead classes, assist alongside Lead Instructors for mentorship, and continue their own training to keep learning and evolving. Their fresh energy and enthusiasm help every dancer feel seen, supported, and inspired.

💜 Class Assistants
Our Class Assistants are dedicated teen dancers who are taking their first steps toward becoming the next generation of dance instructors. They work alongside our teaching staff to gain hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and learn what it takes to create a positive and encouraging classroom. Their energy and enthusiasm make them wonderful role models for our younger dancers!
